As a licensed structural and civil engineer in Alaska, Washington, California and Hawaii, Mr. Bishop has designed major projects in the most challenging sites and a multitude of jurisdictions with differing regulatory and approval processes and requirements.

Mr. Bishop received his Masters degree in Structural Engineering at UC Berkeley and his Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from UC Davis

With over 22 years experience completing structural and civil projects, Mr. Bishop has the experience and knowledge to develop cost effective solutions to address your engineering needs. 

He has been involved in the planning, design, and construction support or inspection of over 120 separate civil construction projects during his career totaling more than $450 million in construction spending and has held key design team positions on four design-build contracts totaling over $2.8 billion in construction spending.
